As we prepare for the possibility of the reopening of schools, we are asking our Bethany families to complete the attached survey so that we may analyze the data to make the most informed, safest decisions for our students and staff. Please complete the survey and return to us no later than Wednesday, January 13th. You may do so by email to campbell_adrienne@silverfalls.k12.or.us or by dropping the completed form(s) off at the BCS office between the hours of 9am-3pm Monday through Friday. You will see a Covid-19 Health Agreement attached. Although the metrics for reopening have been loosened, the safety measure requirements are still of utmost importance. We want our parents to know what we be expected of staff and students who are in the building. This form will need to be signed and these guidelines will need to be followed to ensure the safety of all of us and the ability to have students back into the classrooms.
